By accessing truck4ward.com or purchasing any service from Truck4Ward, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Truck4Ward provides business consulting, setup guidance, dispatch services, and insurance referral services for trucking operators. Specific services are described on our website and in individual service agreements.
The $99 Strategy Call fee is non-refundable once the call has been scheduled and completed. The $99 credit applies toward any Truck4Ward service (Guided Setup or Done-For-You Setup) purchased within 30 days of the call. The call is 60 minutes and conducted by phone or video.
Guided Setup ($299) and Done-For-You Setup ($999) fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. "Work commenced" means we have conducted an initial intake call or begun any portion of the setup process. If you purchase a setup package and we have not yet started, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
Truck4Ward facilitates connections to licensed insurance agents and carriers. We do not underwrite insurance policies. Coverage terms, pricing, and approval are determined by the insurance carrier, not Truck4Ward. Quote requests are free and carry no obligation to purchase.
While we work diligently to help you set up and grow your trucking business, we do not guarantee specific revenue, approval outcomes, insurance rates, or load volume. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, your business history, and regulatory decisions.
Dispatch services are provided at 10% per load. Service is provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract required. Either party may terminate dispatch services with 14 days written notice. We are not liable for broker non-payment or load cancellations outside our control.
All content on truck4ward.com — including text, PDFs, graphics, and branding — is the property of Truck4Ward and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truck4Ward shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of North Carolina.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
